As we grow up, we learn to navigate the journey of life by creating many maps and instructions for how to get from here to there. Sometimes we are told what the "correct" path is, and other times we are left to discover what works on our own. As life goes on, we get used to using the same path that worked for us in the past, and sometimes we forget that there are other options out there - options that may be more suitable for us in the present time. And so, we will use the same route to get from point A to point B, even if that is not necessarily the most efficient or effective route, simply because it is the route that we know and are comfortable with. And so, over the years you may have developed a routine that is somewhat like an autopilot that engages every morning when you go to work - bringing you along the normal route without conscious thought and minimal effort.
But what happens when there is construction on that route? When traffic patterns change so that the route is much less reliable than it used to be for getting you to work on time? Or when an accident closes the road ahead completely? You can choose to stay on the same road, and try to struggle through all of the obstacles, or you can take a few minutes to see if there is another route you can take that might be better... In life, we are constantly faced with obstacles that can either incite us to look for opportunities to learn and grow and find other, different and perhaps better ways to travel - or can cause us to feel like we are spinning our wheels and making little progress. And sometimes life gives us a big wake-up call in the form of a disease or other life-changing event that prompts us to examine what we are doing and why... | |

Becoming aware is the key! |
| When you start to notice what you are doing and why, you create a space for new possiblities. Most of us have been taught that the answers lie elsewhere - in books, in experts - out there "somewhere"! And yet, each of us has tremendous wisdom and healing power inside us that can be accessed if we learn how to do so. Sometimes, the biggest obstacle we face in our life is our own self-sabotage - those autopilot roads that we travel without considering if they are truly bringing us where we want to go. Why not invest in taking the time to release any baggage you have been hanging onto that isn't useful anymore? Create new maps, check out the routes you take to make sure they are the best ones for you at this point in your life... Access your inner strength, and heal from within. |

Why change now?
Are you stuck on a merry-go-round, knowing that something has to change but not knowing what to do, or where to start? Are you ready to start living life consciously, with purpose and intent, liberating yourself from the unconscious autopilot that may have been running your life from behind the scenes?
Einstein once said that the definition of insanity was "doing the same
thing over and over again and expecting different results". If you identify with this saying, then maybe the time for change is now. |
